Terms of Service

Welcome to BroRocks. By downloading, installing, or using the This Or That app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@brorocks.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (debates, comments, etc.). By posting content, you grant BroRocks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens other users
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, malware, or harmful code
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers on the App
• Create fake accounts or manipulate voting results
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to receive these advertisements. You acknowledge that clicking on ads is voluntary and we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and source code, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BroRocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may also delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, failing that, through appropriate legal channels.
